Rental Contract
  • ​Our rental contract is month-to-month so you can keep your room, bay or parking space only as long as you need it.
  • Payment is due on the first of the month.
  • You can pay by cash, check, automatic deposit or credit card (Visa or Master).  If you want to do automatic payments, you can either set that up through your bank or by using a credit card.
